Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Where We Ship

Heyween currently ships to customers in supported locations worldwide.

Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Some products or destinations may have shipping restrictions. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, this will be indicated during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Heyween may offer free shipping promotions or other shipping offers. Any applicable promotion will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.

You can use the tracking information provided to monitor your package's progress.

 Seasonal Shipping

Because Heyween specializes in seasonal products, we may experience significantly higher order volumes around Halloween, Christmas, and other major holidays.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible if you need it for a specific holiday or event.

Heyween cannot guarantee delivery by a specific holiday unless a guaranteed delivery date is explicitly stated at checkout.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Heyween does not control these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your delivery location and contact your local carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged package and product.

For packages that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and assist you.

 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
